I’m a Los Angeles/Pasadena based Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in treating teens and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, complex trauma, and substance use disorders. As a mental health professional, I am committed to inclusivity, equality and social justice and I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and welcoming space for all.
My Approach
It’s my belief that there is no “one size fits all” therapy approach and that therapy should be just as unique as the client themselves.
Although I often utilize CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), Existential therapy, and Mindfulness-based therapy within my practice – I'm more interested in getting to know my clients for who they are, exploring what therapy approaches may work for their individual needs, and providing culturally-competent collaborative therapy. Together, we can work to better manage life’s difficulties and challenge you to show up authentically within your life.
When working together, we will set personal therapeutic goals, work towards decreasing unwanted symptoms and challenge you to explore your true sense of self. I'll be here to not only sit with you in life’s most difficult times, but to celebrate you in your successes.
